Job Overview 
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Director to lead our marketing initiatives across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various marketing disciplines, including social media marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills to drive growth.

Duties

	<li>Develop and implement comprehensive regional marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.</li>
	<li>Oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, and advertising sales.</li>
	<li>Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance marketing efforts.</li>
	<li>Manage budgeting processes for regional marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and enhance overall performance.</li>
	<li>Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign effectiveness.</li>
	<li>Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.</li>
	<li>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals within the region.</li>

Requirements

<ul>
	<li>Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in marketing, event management and leadership roles with a preference for experience in the retail industry.</li>
	<li>Education: Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Communications.</li>
	<li>Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.</li>
	<li>Proficiency in performance marketing techniques and tools.</li>
	<li>Experience with budgeting and financial management related to marketing activities.</li>
	<li>Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.</li>
	<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.</li>
</ul>

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
