Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Director to lead our marketing initiatives across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various marketing disciplines, including social media marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce. Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive regional marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, and advertising sales.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance marketing efforts.
• Manage budgeting processes for regional marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and enhance overall performance.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals within the region.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in marketing, event management and leadership roles with a preference for experience in the retail industry.
• Education: Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Communications.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in performance marketing techniques and tools.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management related to marketing activities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
